Palms of Pasadena Hospital welcomes families and friends to visit with patients at the hospital. We understand that having loved ones nearby can improve healing and help facilitate better care.

Visiting Hours
General Visiting Hours
General visiting hours are from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, Monday through Sunday. Extended visiting hours may be arranged at the discretion of the patient’s physician and the nursing supervisor. Visitors may be asked to leave a patient’s room during tests and treatments.

Prior to our morning visiting hours our medical staff are conducting clinical rounding, both physicians and our nursing staff our assessing patient status, sharing information from the evening to the morning shift and taking care of patient’s hyegenine needs. This time is needed to assure the best quality of care for our patients.

Intensive Care Unit Visiting Hours
Special visiting hours are in place for patients in the Intensive Care Unit. You may visit the ICU Monday through Sunday, from 11:00 am till 3:00 pm, and again from 4:00 pm till 8:00. pm.

We kindly ask that visitors are limited to two at a time inside ICU patient rooms unless special arrangements have been made with the patient’s nurse. Comfortable waiting areas are provided nearby. When visiting patients in the ICU please follow these guidelines:

• Only immediate family members or significant others are allowed to visit in the ICU
• Due to increased risk of infection, children under the age of 12 are not allowed to visit
• To protect the privacy of all of our patients, please do not visit in the ICU hallways
• Please observe any isolation procedures

Visitor Parking
Free parking is located in the front of the hospital.

Visitor Waiting Areas
The hospital provides a spacious and comfortable lobby, and a family waiting area for surgical patient’s families and friends on the first floor of the hospital. The surgical family waiting area provides coffee and tea.

Dining
Our Café is located in the main lobby and is open daily and provides a wide range of healthy selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including daily hot entrees, a salad bar, grill and a variety of desserts.

Breakfast: 7:00 am - 9:30 am
Lunch: 11:30 am – 2:00 pm
Dinner: Monday through Thursday, 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm

Gift Shop
Our gift shop is located in the front lobby on the first floor and is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 8:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 11:30 am – 6:00 pm. The shop is closed on all major holidays. The gift shop offers an assortment of gifts, flowers, magazines, candy and beverages.

Chapel
Palms of Pasadena’s Chapel is located on the first floor of the hospital. After entering the front doors, the chapel is located just past our Admitting area. Patients and their families are welcome to visit the Chapel anytime.
