Our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility encompasses Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Aquatic Therapy and a Cardiac/Pulmonary Wellness Program. Adolescent, adult and geriatric patients are served. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with after hours as needed. We are closed on holidays.

Cardiopulmonary Rehab

• Phase II cardiac and pulmonary rehab
